CHGPN, offers individual GPs and Practices advise, hands on training, development and implementation support of all pertinent health information systems that may be required using any software/hardware system.

  • Recalls & Reminders system – including personalised recall and reminder letters and customised referral letters

  • Effective CDM MBS Items use to meet Medicare guidelines
  • Electronic referral systems

Development of personalised & customised electronic templates in CDM

  • Clinical CDM management templates, using latest evidence-based guidelines or Practice based guidelines

CHGPN has developed well proven pathology tracking and risk management systems to minimise risk liability and maximise patient compliance with pathology requests and follow ups.

Information Management Training and Education

The CHGPN IT/IM program delivers on site and personalised education in Clinical and practice management/appointment software.

Auditing and Research

Practices are also encouraged and supported to carryout audits, quality improvement and evaluative research in all aspects of any IT/IM intervention provided or supported by the IT/IM program to add value to practice efforts and individual contribution to patient care improvements. Support is offered in funding acquisition, CPD points, further studies, publishing, etc.
